In this interlocutory appeal, the prosecution challenges the trial court's suppression of evidence obtained as a result of the search of a lawfully parked van. We agree with the trial court that the officer seized the defendant and his van without reasonable suspi-clon and hold that the trial court properly suppressed evidence obtained from this illegal seizure. The encounter between the defendant and the officer was not consensual.
