SIMONTON, Circuit Judge.
This cause comes up on the return to a rule to show cause why a permanent receiver should not be appointed for the Blackwell’s Durham Tobacco Company, a corporation incorporated under the laws of North Carolina. The bill is filed by George Arents and others, stockholders in the Blackwell’s *339Durham Tobacco Company, against a number of other stockholders in the same company, among whom are W. A. Guthrie and Kate A. Watkins, who are the only residents and citizens of Xorth Carolina, the complainants being citizens and residents of other states. The bill sets out the…
