Following , a bench trial on a stipulated record, this Court concluded that plaintiff is disabled under his former employer’s long-term disability plan (the “Plan”).1 On September 10, 2015, plaintiff submitted a proposed judgment and argued that the Court had failed to resolve plaintiffs request for a remand on the issue .of whether plaintiffs disability is due to “mental illness,” which would limit his benefits payments under the Plan to 24 months.2 Defendant argues against remand and has submitted its own proposed…
