This majority opinion has been prepared for announcement in lieu of a minority opinion. This appeal is from a judgment rendered in a case filed by appellant, Mary Hare Stanley, against appel-lee, Theodore Hawkins Stanley, seeking a divorce and an adjudication of property rights between the parties. No children were born to.the marriage. The case was tried to the court without a jury and judgment was rendered granting appellant a divorce and dividing the property between the parties by awarding appellant approximately two-thirds of the property, except for the sum of…
