COE, Chief Justice.

This cause originated as a mandamus proceeding brought by C. A. Kohler and Ben F. Shipley against Dwight Morrison, County Treasurer of Jefferson County, Texas to compel Morrison, in his official capacity, to sign and deliver to the relators four warrants of $4,175 each, drawn against the respective Road and Bridge funds of Jefferson County, Texas. Walter Casey et al. intervened in said cause, they being taxpayers of Jefferson County; M. F. Rumery et al., likewise taxpayers, filed cause No. 60,473 and the within suit and cause No. 60,473 were consolidated. The suits of the…
