This matter came on regularly for hearing on September 25, 1985, on defendants' Motions to Dismiss. Mark L. Evans appeared on behalf of defendant Amoco Oil Company and several other defendants and Ronald C. Barker and Mitchell R. Barker appeared on behalf of plaintiff Caribou Four Corners, Inc.
