GILBERT, Justice.

On June 20, 2000, a jury found appellant Kevin Terrance Hannon guilty of one count of premeditated first-degree murder, two counts of felony murder (kidnapping), one count of felony murder (arson), and one count of second-degree intentional murder. Appellant argues, among other things, that his federal and state constitutional rights were violated because the interrogating officers failed to cease the interrogation after appellant invoked his Miranda rights. 1 As to this issue, we must decide whether the trial court clearly erred in finding that appellant made an…
