This matter comes before the court pursuant to defendants’ April 11, 1996, motion for summary judgment (docket number 17). The motion was resisted on April 26, 1996, and the resistance was supplemented on May 28, 1996. On June 14, 1996, the court conducted a hearing on defendants’ motion for discovery sanctions at which the parties declined the court’s invitation for oral argument on the motion for summary judgment. The defendants’ motion for summary judgment is granted.
