This action was commenced by the filing of a complaint by the Saint Margaret Hospital, hereinafter referred to as Hospital, seeking a temporary restraining order and injunction against the Hospital Employees’ Labor Pro gram (“Help”), hereinafter referred to as Union. The complaint sought to enjoin the Union from calling, instigating or participating in any strike or work stoppage by or among the Hospital’s employees. The complaint also sought to enjoin any picketing by the Union which had the purpose or effect of interfering with the normal operation of the Hospital.
