CARLAND, District Judge.

November 30, 1908, the United States filed a bill in the United States Circuit Court for the District of Wyoming against appellants for the purpose of having an inclosure of land by them adjudged to be unlawful and for a removal of the same. The fence complained of inclosed about 3,660 acres of land to which, it was alleged in the bill, appellants nor any one else had any claim or color of title made or acquired in good faith or an asserted right, thereto by or under claim made in good faith with the view to entry thereof at' the proper land office under the general…
