MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This contested matter is before the Court on the Motion of ease trustee Larry J. McClatchey (“Trustee”) for Examination of the Transactions Between Carlos Edward Pannell, Jr. and Jenny Sue Pannell (“Debtors”) and their former counsel, Louie S. Davitian and Theodore Davitian (“Motion for Examination”). The Trustee’s Motion for Examination was filed pursuant to section 329 and Rules 2017 and 9011. 1 Messrs.
