The evidence upon which these three cases were reported was taken out at the same time and the cases reported upon the same evidence, so far as it is applicable to the several cases, and they were argued together, the facts being substantially the same in each case. The actions are to recover damages for an alleged breach of a contract made by the defendants’ intestate, Isaac P.
