This action was brought to seek stacked medical payments coverage and underinsured motorist coverage under an insurance policy sold by defendant Motors Insurance Corporation (Motors) to plaintiffs Valerio Frigo and Isabella Frigo (the Frigos). The circuit court entered summary judgment for the Frigos, finding that the insurance policy was ambiguous. The court denied Motors’ amended motion for summary judgment, including a counterclaim in the alternative for reformation of the insurance policy.
