WALKER, Circuit Judge.
By an indictment filed in January, 1928, in the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Tennessee, the appellants and others were charged with a conspiracy to violate provisions of the National Prohibition Act (27 USCA). In March, 1929, the appellants were arrested in the Southern district of Florida under a warrant issued by a United States commissioner of that district.
