Defendant was charged with violation of a city ordinance which prohibited the smpking of cigarettes in public places contrary to posted ‘•no smoking” signs. Upon committing the described misdemeanor, the defendant was arrested by a municipal judge who observed the incident, The judge filed a cpmplamt against the defendant on the following day in the Lincoln Park Municipal Court, and a warrant was issued. Defendant was found guilty of the offenge charged and appealed that decision to the Wayne County Circuit Court? which affirmed the conviction, Defendant appeals to this Court,
