OPINION

GIBBONS, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-appellant Shawn Jackson was convicted of one count of post office robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2115. During jury selection, the government exercised a peremptory challenge to exclude Anthony Turner, who at the time was the only African-American on the jury panel. Jackson did not object to the government’s decision to strike Turner until the jury and two alternates were selected.
