In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant Town of North Hempstead appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Spatt, J.), dated May 25,1982, as upon reargument of its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, adhered to the original determination denying said motion. Order affirmed, insofar as appealed from, with costs.
