LARSON, District Judge.

This matter came on for trial before the Court without a jury and was tried April 26 and April 29, 1963. Firestone, Fink, Krawetz, Miley and O’Neill, by Messrs. James P. Miley and Israel E. Krawetz, appeared on behalf of the plaintiff Whirlpool Corporation; Altman, Geraghty & Mullaly, by Mr. James Geraghty, appeared on behalf of the de-' fendant Morse Tuekpointing Co.
