This matter'is heard upon Motion of defendants to require plaintiff in each case to make the petition definite and certain, as will be hereinafter discussed.
These three cases arise out of an alleged motor vehicle accident on U. S. Highway No. 22, about 4.8 miles east of Wilmington, Clinton County, Ohio, in September, 1957. In Case No. 18,500, John P. Sharkey asks for judgment for damages for personal injuries to himself and for recovery of moneys expended for medical services to himself and to his wife.
