"[ 1 Appellants Ryan Lechlider and Joshua Ruoff (Claimants) appeal from the district court's memorandum decision granting the State's complaint for forfeiture. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

1 2 On October 7, 2010, Trooper Chamber-lin Neff initiated a traffic stop after observing a vehicle driven by Ruoff, in which Le-chlider was a passenger, traveling extremely close-less than two seconds-behind another vehicle.
