This action was commenced in the district court of Beckham county by Charles E. Seifert against George W. Seifert, praying that the plaintiff be decreed to be the owner of a certain tract of land locate^ in Beckham and Roger Mills counties, Oklahoma, and that his title in and to said lands be quieted as against the said defendant and all persons claiming by, .through, or under said defendant.
