Complainant’s bill seeks to hold defendant, Jacks, responsible for moneys or securities received from her guardian during ber minority.

The bill charges that her mother died in 1853, leaving her «ole heiress to two valuable city lots in Louisville, Kentucky. That in 1865 she was induced by her father to apply to the-Phillips county Probate Court to have him appointed her guardian, which was done.
