These actions, which arose under the Miller Act, 40 U.S.C.A. § 270a, et seq., were tried together before the Court, sitting without a jury, on April 20 and April 21, 1981. The defendants E.J.T. Construction Company, Inc. (the General Contractor), National Fire Insurance Company of Hartford (National), and American Casualty Company of Reading (American) were represented by the same counsel.
