The law firm of Wallace, Saunders, Austin, Rrown (Wallace-Saunders) failed to comply with the district court’s order to compel the production of documents. The district court, therefore, struck Wallace-Saunders’ pleadings and held Wallace-Saunders’ judgment lien for attorney fees shall not constitute a prior lien to any other judgment lien against Louisburg Grain Company, Inc.
