I. INTRODUCTION

Before the court is Defendant Wilderman Becerra-Valverde's motion to dismiss Plaintiff Glacier Fish Company, LLC's ("Glacier Fish") complaint, or, in the alternative, to amend his answer to add counterclaims and continue the case.
