During the course of a murder trial in San Antonio, it was discovered that defense attorneys, among them one Abe San Miguel, had in their files certain photostatic copies of statements of witnesses which were a part of the State’s file in the case. Following this, each employee of the district attorney’s office, including appellant (who was an investigator employed by such department), upon being called upon by their superior, made an affidavit stating that they had not delivered the statements of the witnesses in the…
