MEMORANDUM DECISION

GOETTEL, District Judge.

Appellants present what appear to be rather novel arguments on this appeal in an attempt to confine the bankruptcy court’s ability to extend the deadline fixed by the Bankruptcy Rules for the filing of both complaints asserting the non-dischargeability of individual debts under 11 U.S.C. § 523(c) and objections to overall discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a). We are referred to no case law which specifically addresses the arguments made herein. We need not be the first. Whatever the merits of appellants’ arguments, they are obviated by our holding that…
