Gwen Willing, the plaintiff, appeals from a judgment of the Cole County Circuit Court affirming the decision of the Department of Social Services, Division of Child Support Enforcement. The Division found that Mr. Hodge owed child support arrear-age of only $1660 because Ms. Willing waived her right to child support for a period of nine years. Ms. Willing complains that the waiver by acquiescence doctrine is not applicable because Mr. Hodge failed to show that he suffered some form of injustice. We disagree and, therefore, affirm.
