The cause, as entitled, is a suit to have the Jarvis Terminal Cold Storage Company decreed insolvent and to have a receiver appointed.

The appeals bring up orders made in the cause relating to the distribution of the assets of the insolvent company. The first is an appeal taken from an order made by the court of chancery on a petition of Natalie Jarvis..
