THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant’s, RBC Capital Markets, LLC (as successor in interest to RBC Capital Markets Corporation and RBC Dominion Securities Corporation) (“RBC”), Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 127), which is supported by a Memorandum of Law (Def.’s Summ.
