An action of ejectment was brought in the Superior Court of Muscogee county, by the heirs of Martin Brooks, against John Quin, John Padget and Isaac Williams, to recover Lots Nos. 72 and 76, in the City of Columbus. The defendants were the tenants of Daniel McDougald, deceased. Mrs. Ann E.
