Schuylkill Haven Bleach & Dye Works, Inc. (Appellant) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County which affirmed the decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Schuylkill Haven (Board) denying Appellants application to reconstruct a nonconforming use destroyed by fire.
