On March 16, 1988, Laurence D. Boyer (“Boyer”), a joint debtor in a Chapter 7 case he had filed on May 5, 1981 with Rosemary Jean Boyer d/b/a Rosemary’s Beauty Shop, commenced this adversary proceeding pro se.
