JOHNSON, Presiding Judge.

Kyjuane Chatman was indicted for rape, aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, kidnapping, false imprisonment, and possession of marijuana. Chatman pled guilty to the marijuana charge and not guilty to all the other charges, which were tried before a jury.

At trial, the state presented evidence showing that on the morning of September 27, 2003, a 14-year-old girl was walking past Chatman’s mobile home when a man came up behind her, grabbed her neck, put a hand over her mouth and dragged her into Chatman’s mobile home.
