MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

DONALD E. O’BRIEN, Chief Judge.

This case presents a challenge to the employment of a full-time chaplain at a tax-supported county hospital, Broadlawns Medical Center (BMC). This Court had previously denied the plaintiffs’ request for preliminary injunction preventing the em ployment of such a chaplain. 1 Having carefully considered all the evidence, the Court finds that the employment of a chaplain at a tax-funded county hospital whose salary is paid for by tax revenues would violate the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution…
