1Per curiam
¶ 1 We review the report filed by the referee, Reserve Judge John B. Murphy, recommending that the court suspend Attorney Maria J. Schreier's license to practice law in this state for a period of two years for 20 counts of misconduct. Be cause no appeal has been filed, we review the referee's report and recommendation pursuant to SCR 22.17(2).
¶ 2. We approve and adopt the referee's findings of fact and conclusions of law. However, we disagree with the referee as to the appropriate sanction. We conclude that the appropriate discipline for Attorney Schreier's misconduct is a 30-month suspension…
