This is a proceeding under the Workmen’s Compensation Daw (Rev. Code 19x9, §§ 9436-9491). The board of arbitration made findings of fact and conclusions of law finding claimant to be entitled to an award of compensation. Thereafter, pursuant to petition for review, the deputy industrial commissioner confirmed the findings, -conclusions, and award. On appeal, the circuit court of Minnehaha county confirmed the decision, the award, and the order of the deputy industrial commissioner and rendered judgment thereon for plaintiff.
