Appellant, Carolyn W. Parker, appeals the trial court’s decision to grant a motion for summary judgment brought by appel-lee, JPMorgan Chase Bank f/k/a the Chase Manhattan Bank, successor by merger to Chase Bank of Texas, N.A. (Chase).
