Plaintiff, Johnetta Riley, filed suit against Missouri Bank and Trust (“MBT”), BMO Harris Bank, N.A., and First Premier Bank seeking to recover damages and declaratory and injunctive relief on behalf of herself and members of the class of individuals who have been injured by Defendants’ alleged “participation in a scheme to access and utilize'the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) network to collect unlawful debts in violation- of 18 U.S.C. § 1962 and the law of numerous states, including the District of Columbia.” Compl. ¶…
