MEMORANDUM OPINION

KIDD, District Judge.

Presently before this Court are cross-motions for summary judgment filed by the parties. The matter has been fully briefed and the parties have entered into and filed a joint stipulation of facts and questions presented which will be set forth below. This action arises out of a dispute as to underinsured motorist coverage of an automobile insurance policy containing an “owned but not insured for this coverage” exclusion.
