THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on the Defendants Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Company (“Nationwide”) and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.’s (“MERS”) Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint and Incorporated Memorandum of Law [ECF No. 11].
