This case is before the Court on the defendants’, ILGWU National Retirement Fund and certain of its trustees (collectively the “Pension Fund” or “Fund”), motion for attorney’s fees and costs pursuant to sections 1132(g)(2) and 1451(e) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. (1978), as amended by the Multiemployer Pension Plan Amendments Act of 1980 (“MPPAA”).
