Appeal from judgment, on judgment roll. The sole question is as to whether or not. the judgment is the legal conclusion from the facts found.

The complaint alleges that defendant is indebted to plaintiff in the sum of five thousand dollars for legal services performed for defendant at its request, and that such services were reasonably worth said amount.
