CLARK, Chief Judge.

These are appeals from the grant of the usual order restraining the prosecution of suits against a petitioner for exemption from or limitation of liability under 46 U.S.C. §§ 188 et seq., and from the refusal to vacate the order thus made on motion of a claimant. Petitioner-appellee questions the timeliness of the appeal from the first order, but we shall not stop to consider this because the second appeal raises all the pertinent issues between the parties and is clearly timely.
