In this action, the appellants, as plaintiffs, sued the appellees, as defendants, in the court "below.

In their complaint, the appellants alleged, in substance, that, on the 30th day of December, 1874, they recovered a judgment against the appellees, before Green B. Roszell, a justice of the peace of "Washington township, in Decatur county, Indiana, for the sum of seventy-four dollars and ten cents, and the costs of suit, taxed at six dollars and seventy-five cents, a copy of which judgment was filed with and made part of said complaint; that, on the 1st day of January, 1875, the appellants…
