This is an action by the defendant in error against plaintiffs in error to recover upon a forfeited bond. The parties hereafter will be designated as they were in the trial court.

In the brief of plaintiff in error it is said:

“It is not intended that this cause should be reversed as to any other of the plaintiffs in error except as to Mat Wolf. Hence the only question involved in this appeal is as to the legality of the judgment rendered against said Mat Wolf, one of the defendants in the court below.
