In this action for partition the court referred to the district court commissioner the matter of determining the persons entitled to the property in suit known as Coki Point, being parcel 4A of Estate Frydendal, East End Quarter, St. Thomas, together with the amounts of their respective interests. The commissioner having filed his report and findings, exceptions thereto were filed by James A.
