The original bill in this case was filed on October *1134, 1883, against the Nashville Savings Bank, alleged to be regularly incorporated under the laws of Tennessee by an act passed May 24, 1866, for the purpose of doing a general banking business, and as such properly and legally organized, and ever since that time and now doing a general banking business in Nashville, under the provisions of the charter referred to.
