—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Rudolph, J.), entered June 17, 2002, which granted the defendants’ motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7) to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a cause of action, (2) an order of the same court dated June 19, 2002, which denied its motion for expedited discovery and a prompt trial, and (3) so much of an order of the same court entered *337November 18, 2002, as, upon renewal, adhered to the prior determinations.
