OPINION
EVELYN V. KEYES, Justice.
Antonio 0. Rodriguez, appellant, was charged with possession with intent to deliver at least four grams but less than 200 grams of methamphetamine 1 in cause number 873,191, and possession of more than five pounds but not more than 50 pounds of marihuana 2 in cause number 871,697. The trial court found appellant guilty and assessed punishment for each offense at six years’ confinement and a fine of $1,000. We affirm.
